Qualification:
* Bachelor degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent.
* Proficiency in local language i.e. Tamil is compulsory

Position 2) Office Assistant

Payscale: Rs.13340 /month
Age : 18 – 28yrs, as on 1.1.2011
Qualification:
* Bachelor Degree or its equivalent of a recognized University in any discipline:
* Essential: Proficiency in local language i.e., Tamil is compulsory
* Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Skills.

Position: 3) Officer (Scale-II)
Vacancies : 6 posts
Payscale: Rs.30350 /month
Age : 21 – 32yrs, as on 1.1.2011
Qualification:
* Proficiency in local language i.e. Tamil is compulsory
* Degree from a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

Selection Process:
The selection will be made on the basis of performance in written test and interview as under.
Written Test 70 Marks, Interview 30 Marks, Total 100 Marks,
All the eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fee and whose applications are received in time and who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for a written test conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.

Application Fee :
Rs.50(SC/ST) or Rs.300 (others) has to be paid using the challan at Pallavan grama bank or Indian Bank before June 13, 2011.After payment, applicants can submit their applications online, through www.pallavangramabank.in & take a printout of the system generated application to be produced during interview process
