Qualification:
* Should have Degree (any discipline) from a recognized university
(for officer post,those with degree in agric,IT,law,economics would be
preferred)
* Able to read/write & speak in Malayalam language
* Computer Knowledge/awareness will be an added qualification.

Selection Process:
The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of performance in written test and interview.All the eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fee and whose applications are received in time and who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for a written test.

Application fees:
Rs.300 or Rs.50(SC/ST) for Officer assistants & Rs.350 or Rs.50 (SC/ST) for Officer scale I should be paid at any Syndicate bank branch before May 25 & challan receipt to be obtained.After payment,
